Aisling Bea

Aisling bea, who was born in Kildare Ireland on 16 March 1984, is one of the wealthiest and most well-known comedian. The comedian has appeared on QI along with Stephen Fry. Aisling Cliodhnadh O'Sullivan (born 16 March 1984) is better known by her stage name Aisling Bea, is an Irish comedian and actress from Ireland. Bea was first seen as part of the cast on Irish or British television programs in 2009, began her career as a stand-up comedian in 2011. In 2012, she began being featured in sketch comedy programs or sitcoms as well as other similar shows. After she won an award at Edinburgh Comedy Awards (ECA) and began to be featured regularly in various panel shows. Between 2016 and 2017 she was a part of 8 Out of 10 Cats Team, in addition to being a performer of the 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown spinoff. Her parents were Brian as well as Helen O'Sullivan and has a sister who is named Sinead. She became only the second female to win So You Think You're Funny in 2012. The stage name she chose was Bea as a tribute to her father and wrote an article for The Guardian in 2017 about the suicide of her family members. Bea as well as her sister Sinead were nurtured by their mother Helen (nee Moloney) an elementary school teacher, jockey trainer, and an ex-professional jockey. She and her family loved horses, race meetings as well as the race industry. In her youth Bea employed as an instructor at the Irish National Stud however she knew from a young stage that she was not attracted to the race industry as a career and instead enjoyed performing.
