Alicia Malone

Alicia completed the FilmStruck hiring process in the year of 2015. Robert Osborne and Ben Mankiewicz's introductions were recorded by Malone for the purpose of practicing reading them aloud to cameras prior to her TCM broadcast channel hosting audition. After appearing in an interview for a Turner Classic Movies host position in 2017, the channel offered her a job in the January following the audition. Malone talked about the issues that women confront in the movie industry two times in TEDx talks.
